POSITION: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Location : Jalan Kapar, Batu 81/2, Kampung Perepat, 42200 Kapar, Selangor

• Department : Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Work Type : Full time

• Salary : RM 1,800++ per month

• Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficiency targets.

• Overseeing production process, planning production schedules to ensure meeting Sales Orders requirement with most efficient production cost.

• Monitor production lines and workers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• To monitor , fine tune and track the production process in order to achieve desired output and quality in most efficient method.

• To oversee production process, ensure quality standards are met at each and every point

• Identify and resolve quality issues in the production process.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production outputs.

• Implement production plans and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) effectively.

• Managing, supervising, coaching and training Production staff to ensure smooth daily production operation.

• Continuously seek ways to optimize the production process to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles or other best practices for efficiency improvements.

• Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Conduct safety briefings and ensure safe working practices.

• Respond to and investigate accidents or incidents in the production area.

• Planning raw material 

• Plan monthly, weekly and daily material usage forecast

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.

• Reduce wastage and manage costs related to production inputs.

• Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports, production batch sheet, quality logs, and others related to production documentation.

• Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management.

• To oversee and implement regular inspection and maintenance all production tools and equipment.

• Collaborate with contractor to ensure all production equipment is functioning optimally.

• Identify equipment malfunctions and arrange repairs to minimize downtime.
